How to Enter
--Click the entry form icon (The Sound Snatcher Cover) below to view the form
--Use print screen function OR Edit,Select All then Print, Selection, to print entry
form for each student in your class
--Have students complete the entry form and questions
--Select the top 3 entries and submit as follows:
Pre-school Teachers
1.Have your students tell you their answers to the 2 questions on the form.
2.Select the top 3 answers
3.Create an email which includes answers you wish to submit as the text of the
email.
4.At the top of the email include:
Your Name
Number of students in your class
School Name and full mailing address
Student Names for the answers you are submitting
5.Make Sure to put CONTEST and Code #SS4U in the SUBJECT LINE
6.Send email to: linda@peekingkitty.com
Elementary School Teachers
1.Click on the icon below to print the Entry Form
2.Have your students complete the form, and select the top 3 entires you feel best
answer the questions
